Customer Service Representative
· The representative role is inclusive to an inbound phone team environment assisting Retirement Participants and clients in corporate sponsored retirement plans with financial transactions and inquiries.

· The Call Center assists with 401(k), Stock Options, Health Benefits and other financial products.
· This position provides insight to the Retirement Operations with emphasis on retirement-type products and services.
· Excellent customer services and prior call center experience is a must.
